At Riya's Wardrobe, every kurti is handcrafted in small batches. We do not offer returns or refunds. We offer a size-only exchange within 7 days of delivery.
7-day size exchange
You can request a size exchange for the same kurti within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. We process one free size exchange per order, subject to stock.
What you can exchange
- Size only — same product, different size (subject to stock).
We do not offer style swaps, colour swaps, or cash refunds.
How to request an exchange
- Email us at hello@riyaswardrobe.in or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order ID, the size you received, the size you need, and clear photos of the item with tags.
- Our team confirms stock and arranges pickup / return instructions. We handle logistics manually — not through an automated Shiprocket flow.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we ship the exchanged size within 2 business days and share the invoice / dispatch update from our admin.
Exchange timelines
- Pickup / return arranged: within 2 business days of approval
- Reverse transit: 3–5 business days
- Exchanged size dispatched: within 2 business days of QC clearance
Non-exchangeable items
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Custom-stitched pieces
- Items without original tags, packaging, or in used/washed condition
- Requests for a different style or colour (size-only policy)
Damaged or wrong item
If your kurti arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, please share unboxing photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
