How we ship
We do not auto-push orders to third-party shipping apps (including Shiprocket) at checkout. After you place an order on our site, our team packs it and dispatches it manually. You receive an order confirmation from checkout, and our admin generates your invoice for the order.
Dispatch
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote pin codes: 7–10 business days
Taxes (GST 5%)
Product prices on our site are inclusive of 5% GST. On your invoice, GST is calculated from that amount (taxable value + 5% GST = the price you pay). Configure the same in Shopify Admin → Settings → Taxes so checkout / invoices match.
Shipping charges & COD
Shipping charges (if any) are shown at Shopify checkout based on your address and our store shipping settings. Cash on Delivery is available only for order totals up to ₹5,000 where offered. On our site cart, turn on Cash on Delivery (+₹100) to add the COD handling charge before checkout, then select Cash on Delivery as the payment method on Shopify. Orders above ₹5,000 must be paid online (prepaid) — no COD fee on prepaid orders.
Tracking & invoice
Once we dispatch your parcel, we share tracking details by email / WhatsApp. Your invoice is prepared on our admin side for your records — contact us if you need a copy.
International shipping
We currently ship only within India. Sign up for our newsletter to hear when international shipping goes live.
